Luxury vinyl plank is the most requested floor we install, and for good reason: it looks like real wood, it is fully waterproof, it shrugs off pets and kids, and it is comfortable underfoot. LVP works in kitchens, bathrooms, basements and across an entire main floor without transitions. We install click-lock and glue-down LVP over a flat, clean subfloor, with the right underlayment and expansion gaps so it stays quiet and stable through Colorado's dry winters and warm summers.

Old flooring comes out; the subfloor is leveled, cleaned and moisture-checked.

Installation

Planks are laid with staggered joints, proper expansion gaps and clean cuts at every wall.

Moldings and transitions are fitted, the floor is cleaned and we walk it with you.
