Serving Manitou Springs, CO

Manitou Springs and neighboring Old Colorado City have some of the oldest homes in the region, and many of them still have original hardwood floors under decades of carpet and paint. Much of our work here is uncovering, sanding and refinishing those floors, weaving in new boards where water or wear has done damage, and fixing squeaks and gaps in older subfloors.

We also install tile in older kitchens and bathrooms, and carpet, luxury vinyl and laminate where a wood floor isn't the right fit — always with extra attention to uneven subfloors and out-of-square rooms that come with a historic house.
